For Farmers

1. Will I lose ownership of my land if I lease it to VMRS?

No. You will always remain the legal owner of your land. VMRS only takes the land on a long-term lease for cultivation purposes only.

2. Do I have to invest any money in the farming project?

No. Farmers need not spend anything. All investment, development, and maintenance costs are handled by VMRS team or investors.

3. How long is the land lease agreement?

The lease period is usually 2 to 25 years, depending on the type of crops or plantations chosen.

4. How is the profit or crop yield shared?

After harvesting, the yield or income is shared fairly among the Farmer, Investor, and VMRS, based on pre-agreed terms.

5. Who decides which crop or plantation will be grown on my land?

VMRS conducts scientific 3-layer soil testing and discusses the results with you. The final decision is taken jointly based on what suits the land best.

For Investors

8. How does the revenue-sharing model work for investors?

Investors receive a fixed share of the yield or revenue generated from the farming project as per the agreed terms.

9. Who manages the entire farming operations?

VMRS handles all operations including soil testing, land development, planting, maintenance, harvesting, and marketing. Investors simply fund the project.
