Our expert team conducts 3-layer soil testing at depths of:

• 1 foot
• 2 feet
• 3 feet

This helps us understand soil type, nutrients, water retention, and crop compatibility.

3. Crop/Tree Selection & Planning

Based on soil reports, climate, and long-term profitability, we discuss and finalize the ideal crop or plantation:

• Horticulture crops
• Commercial plantation trees
• Medicinal/agro-forest species
• High-yield sustainable crops

Final decision is taken in consultation with the land owner.

4. Investment & Project Execution

Farming operations are funded by:

• VMRS self-investment, or
• External investors brought by VMRS

The farmer does not spend anything.

5. Complete Farm Management by VMRS

VMRS handles:

• Land preparation
• Cultivation & maintenance
• Irrigation systems
• Fertigation& farm technology
• Pest/disease management
• Harvesting & processing
• Marketing & sales

Farmers are free from operational risk and effort.

6. Profit / Yield Sharing

Once crops start yielding, the returns are shared fairly between:

• Investor
• Farm Land Owner
• VMRS

This ensures all three parties benefit and grow together.
